Location and Directions

Lakefield Farm is conveniently located in the Town of Grafton, 20 minutes north of downtown Milwaukee.  Easily accessible and only a few minutes off of I43 whether you exit at Hwy 60 (Grafton exit) or Hwy C (Pioneer Rd, Cedarburg exit)  After exiting I43, Port Washington Rd (Hwy W) can be taken to 1 mile north of Pioneer Rd to Lakefield Rd (Hwy T), then west approx. 1/2 mile to Lakefield Farm.  Lakefield Farm is only minutes from Cedarburg, 15 minutes from the east side and a very easy commute from just about anywhere.

Lakefield Farm's setting consists of Milwaukee River frontage, with beautiful hardwood trees and rolling hill hay fields.  Trails run through the property and adjoining properties.
